Please go to www.healingwiththemasters.com/downloads/ and enter the password that you were provided in your welcome email. Bookmark this page for future reference. The next page will have a tab at the top that says Your Downloads. This will direct you to the page that has the green download buttons under each speaker for the audio interviews and the yellow download buttons for the PDF version. It’s really easy to join in on the fun… here’s how it works.
During each live show, Jennifer will say the “Phrase That Pays” and it’ll be based on something the guest has said during their talk.
Once you have the Phrase That Pays, go to the contest page (www.healingwiththemasters.com/contest), and scroll down to the form for that show. You’ll then enter your information and the Phrase That Pays, then click submit. Please enter your full name, and contact information because we will want to contact you.
Come back to the contest page each week to see if you won. Winners will be announces on that page associated with that speakers show.
There is a deadline for each show (each Tuesday at noon Pacific/California time), so please be sure to enter in plenty of time before the deadline.
In order to be in the running for the grand prize, you need to listen to the entire series because Jennifer will randomly select the keyword, or keyphrase, from a selection of ALL the shows, and you’ll need to know them to qualify. There will be a new set of contest entries for the grand prize at the end of the series so watch for that in December.

WHY DOESN’T THE NEWEST SPEAKER’S AUDIO REPLAY?
This is likely a browser issue, and clearing your browser cache should solve the problem. This is how you clear your browser’s cache:
Tools – Options – Advanced– Network – Offline Storage – Clear Now – OK. Restart browser.
Internet Explorer users:
Tools – Internet Options – General – Temporary Internet files – Delete Files – Apply – OK. Restart browser.
Safari users (Mac):
Click on Safari in the upper toolbar and Select Empty Cache; Click Empty on the Are you sure message box. Exit and re-launch the browser.
I REALLY LIKE [guests speaker’s] INTERVIEW, BUT I CAN’T FIND THE REPLAY. IS THERE AN ARCHIVE WHERE I CAN ACCESS THIS FILE?
The replays are only available for 48 hours after the end of each call (sometimes more), and we don’t place them in a public archive once that time has passed.
The only way to access the interviews after the 48-hour replay time is to purchase the series package (which you can do here http://www.healingwiththemasters.com/purchase/).
We hope you understand… we are one of the few teleseminars out there that offer a 48-hour listening time which we have found to be more than enough to allow the majority of our audience to catch the calls.
AND this is also our business — the small (quite small) percentage of those who purchase the series allow us to keep the program free for all (isn’t that just the BEST model?).

We love that you are looking for our emails in anticipation of the calls, but unfortunately, we don’t have any control when an email actually arrives in your Inbox.
Messages are placed in the queue 2+ hours before the start of each call, and we can’t guarantee that an email will be received on time. A lot depends on your email provider.
We suggest that you put the calls into your calendar, that way you will always know that the call is about to happen and be reminded of that. (Put the dial in numbers and Webcast links in there too, so you will be completely ready.)

WHY DON’T YOU GIVE THIS AWAY FOR FREE? WHY CHARGE FOR IT?
Such a great question! First, it IS free. Everyone has the opportunity to listen to the live shows and replays for 48 hours (and usually much longer).
Unlike TV, there are no commercials. Unlike most websites, there is no advertising or sponsorships. We do sell things… at a huge discount and only things related to your growth and health.
This income allows us to fund the company and infrastructure to keep almost everything free. It also funds philanthropic projects. Last year we gave $130,000 to build 5 schools in Africa.
All that on a business run on the premise of offering free shows and listening opportunities. We love what we are doing!
THE LINK IN THIS EMAIL ISN’T WORKING.
That is sometimes the way the email provider delivers your email to you, and what format they deliver it in. But also sometimes we make a mistake.

HOW DO YOU ASK A QUESTION DURING THE LIVE CALL?
If you go to the webcast link and schedule page, you will see a separate link for each speaker. This webcast page is where you type in your questions during the live call.
Simply type your question in the box provided and submit it; Jennifer will see the questions. ALSO note that the webcast has a 17-second delay, so if you are asking something in reference to what was just said, Jennifer and her guest may have already moved on.
WHY HASN’T JENNIFER USED MY QUESTION DURING THE LIVE CALL?
Because there are so many participating in the calls, Jennifer receives literally hundreds of questions. Since there is only one hour to explore with these amazing speakers, she chooses to focus on the conversation at-hand and tracks that energy for the next question.
The questions she does ask during the call sometimes come from an aggregate of audience questions that are formulated on a common theme.
AND she might also choose a question that she intuits is in perfect alignment for the soul group participating in that call in the moment.
So, please don’t take it personally that she does not take your question… she is not ignoring you!
